  2. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer, upside down, covering the bottom of the pan.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, or over low heat on the stovetop. Pour melted chocolate over the graham crackers, spreading evenly.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine thawed coco whip and vanilla protein powder. Stir until smooth and fully incorporated, then gently spread over the chocolate layer.
  5. Place remaining graham crackers on top of the filling, pressing down lightly to secure.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift the bars out using the parchment overhang and slice into squares. Enjoy immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
